The Healing Queen
After loss

Rebuild your life after everything changes.

The Healing Queen is for women moving through the death of someone they love, the end of a relationship, or the unsettling sense of no longer recognizing themselves. Gentle, practical, self-guided resources from a clinical psychologist who has lived loss herself.

You might be here because

Loss arrives in different ways.

Someone you love has died

You still reach for the phone. Ordinary days feel unreal, and other people’s timelines for grief don’t fit yours.

A relationship ended, but your mind hasn’t let go

You replay conversations and look for explanations. Part of you wants clarity about what happened and what you needed.

You don’t recognize yourself

After a loss, or after a relationship where you slowly disappeared, you may not know what you want or who you are now.

These are different experiences. None of them needs to be ranked, explained away, or finished on a schedule.

My story

My story

Being a psychologist didn’t make me immune to loss. Being human changed the way I understand healing.

I’m Montserrat Cordero, Montse to most people. I’m a clinical psychologist, a mom, and the person behind The Healing Queen.

I have lived through a divorce, and later the death of my husband, Cristian, on April 13, 2025. Those were two different losses. I don’t compare them, and I don’t think anyone’s pain needs to be measured against another’s. Together they changed how I understand grief, relationships, and what it takes to rebuild.

My work comes from two places: my professional training and the experience of having to rebuild my own life. I’m trained in:

  • EMDR
  • Brainspotting
  • Tapping

My faith in God is part of my story. You are welcome here whatever you believe, and I will never tell you what your loss means or how long it should take.

Questions

Before you join the list

What are these resources?

They are digital, self-guided materials written in English: a short guide, a workbook, and a guided journal. You work through them on your own, at your own pace. There are no videos.

Are they available now?

Not yet. All three are in development. The waitlist is the way to hear when the first one is ready, and the $37 USD launch price applies at launch.

Is this therapy?

No. These are educational materials. They don’t replace individual psychological care, and they can’t diagnose or treat any condition. If you are struggling, please reach out to a licensed professional in your area. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.

Do I need to share your faith?

No. My faith is part of my own story, and everyone is welcome here, with or without belief.

You can take this at your own pace.

If something here sounds like where you are, join the waitlist whenever you’re ready. There’s no deadline and nothing to prove.
